How do I place an order for your  Gluten Free Kneads frozen products?

  1. Click on our Shop GFK tab and select the items you would like to purchase.
  2. When you have completed you order you will be directed to the checkout page.
  3. You will need to fill out the shipping information and choose how you would like the items delivered to you.
                * UPS Ground
                * Local Pick Up (Austin Metro Area Only) - We will contact you to set up a time for you to come                       pick up your order at our wholesale location

How do I place an order for your Smart Flour Blends?

  1. Click on our Shop SFF tab and select the items you would like to purchase.
  2. When you have completed you order you will be directed to the checkout page.
  3. You will need to log into or sign up for a PayPal account.
  4. From there you will need to choose how you would like the items delivered to you (shipping method).
  • UPS Ground -  2 to 7 days
  • Local Pick Up (Austin Metro Area Only) - We will contact you to set up a time for you to come pick up your order at our wholesale location

I live in Austin. Can I pick up my order?

  • Yes! 
  • You will be given the option to choose free store pick up during the order process for both Smart Flour Blends and our Gluten Free Kneads frozen products.
  • At this time we do not have a retail location but we can arrange a time for you to pick up your order at our wholesale bakery location.
  • After you place your order online we will contact you with an ETA and we will discuss the best time for you to pick up your order.
  • Orders not picked up withing one week of order date will be restocked and a refund will be issued minus a $5.00 restocking fee. 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

How will my Gluten Free Kneads  order be shipped? 

  • Gluten Free Knead orders will be shipped in a insulated cooler and dry ice via UPS on the Monday following your order. There is a $20 fee included in your shipping charges to cover the cost of the cooler and dry ice.
  • Due to the frozen nature of our products we do not ship over the weekend and packages are shipped without signature required. 
  • You may need to leave a note for the shipper to place the package in a shaded area to keep the items frozen until you are home and able to transfer them to the freezer. 

How will my Smart Flour Blend order be shipped?

  • Smart Flour Blend orders will be shipped via USPS/UPS with in 2-7 business days of your order.

I placed an order for a Smart Flour Blend but was not charged for shipping.

  • If you live in Texas you have the option to pick up your order at no charge.
  • If you would like us to ship your order to you please choose the shipping method below Store Pick up at check out.
  • If you were not charged shipping but would like your order shipped, please contact us and we will send you a separate invoice for the shipping charges.
