Ingredients

  • 16 oz (1 small bag) Smart Flour Pizza & Focaccia Blend
  • 2 whole eggs 
  • 1 egg white 
  • 3 TBSP Olive Oil or Canola Oil
  •  2 TBSP Honey or Agave 
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water 

Instructions for Focaccia

Yield - 2 - 16 oz focaccias (8 x 8 pan)
  • Mix all wet ingredients with paddle in mixer.
  • Add dry mix and beat on medium for 2-3 minutes.
  • Use oiled hands or utensils to place and spread dough.
  • Oil pan and spread dough evenly.
  • Allow to rise in a warm place until dough reaches the top of the pan.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes
