Smart Flour Golden Waffles

  • 11 oz (1 small bag ) of Smart Flour Pancake & Waffle Blend
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 c canola or veg oil
  • 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Blend together all ingredients EXCEPT FOR EGG WHITES in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer
  2. In a separate bowl be egg whites until they have soft peaks
  3. Fold egg whites into batter until well combined
  4. Pour batter onto waffle iron as directed
